Richard delivers strategic growth planning to ambitious businesses with high growth potential and with more than 30 years’ experience in access to finance, investment readiness and commercial lending, he coaches businesses to achieve their goals. He is a Business Growth Adviser with our Innovate to Succeed programme and has worked for Oxford Innovation since 2015. During the Banking Crisis, Richard successfully provided funding solutions for 200 businesses in a twelve-month period which had previously been declined facilities, realising more than £20m of business finance and safeguarding more than 1000 jobs. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
