Alison Dunn

As sole Project Coordinator for the Innovate to Succeed (i2s) team, Alison plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery and ongoing development of the project, where designing, organising and controlling activities are key to providing an efficient and effective service to our clients. Being the central point of contact to our field based teams, Alison provides the guidance and support necessary to facilitate companies through the programme, monitoring and reporting on progress, while assisting our team of expert Advisors, ensuring each client receives the full experience from the service at various stages of the journey.

Prior to joining Oxford Innovation in 2013, Alison was the Customer Service Manager for a world leading pharmaceutical company, where she co-ordinated the daily workload of a team of highly skilled Customer Service Executives. A demanding role where she was responsible for ensuring the company’s portfolio of life-saving therapies were made readily available to meet patient demand across the UK & Ireland NHS hospital & pharmacy networks, as well as supporting patients travelling abroad. Previous to this, she worked for a leading Educational Publishers as Enquiries Team Manager, where she helped develop the company’s in house systems and processes, while motivating various teams through organisational change, increasing efficiencies for both client service and internal operations.

In addition to the above, Alison is also a talented artist, which often translates in her work. She has a flare for design which compliments the visual aspects of the job, whether it be in relation to progress reporting or assisting in some way with our marketing collateral. At Oxford Innovation, we are a company who promotes the wealth of talent within our employees and actively encourage creative in house collaboration between all colleagues.
