He has assisted founding CEO’s with recruitment of co-founders and other senior managers, negotiation of founding team fundamentals, fundraising, team effectiveness, turnarounds, evolution of their own roles, succession management and finishing well. He has similarly worked with non-founding CEO’s both pre- and post-appointment. Eric enjoys helping teams experiment successfully with new lenses and play effectively to their respective strengths and diversity.
